JOURNEY SESSIONS And COACHING programs
One-On-One Sessions
If local, one-on-one sessions are in person, otherwise sessions are offered virtually via video, telephone, or a designated platform (i.e. MS teams, Zoom, etc.,). All sessions are paid in advance. Refunds are given in cases of appropriate timing and notification (as per our guidelines). Journey Sessions are tailored coaching or mentorship experiences which are pre-structured and generally single use. Otherwise, there are coaching programs offered seasonally. Watch our calendar for what is being offered and when.
Group Sessions
Group sessions are in person or virtual. Except in cases of events, group sizes will be up to 12 people. Intimate groups will be capped at 5 participants. Journey sessions are included as group programs during promotional seasons. Group sessions may be one time offers as events or roll out as 4-6 week programs. All group events will be marketed wth ample sign-up time except in the cases of our pop-up partner sessions, which will be offered as open sessions. To bring in your own group, contact me.
Remote Sessions
Remote Sessions are available as email or text sessions, or though a social media channel. All communication is virtual-based, meaning you do not have direct access to me in person, by phone, or video conferenceing. I will run various campaigns and short-term remote programs that are budget friendly, self-led, and scheduled. These sessions may include 7-day, 14-day, 21-day, and/or 30-day themed self-led programs, for those who want something budget friendly and under 15 minutes per day.
Insight Co-Lab Sessions
Whether offered virtually or in-person, Insight Co-Lab Sessions are team and leadership focused, and offered as Thougt Labs, Brainstorm Clinics, Mini-Conferences, Workshops, Seminars, and Masterclasses. Watch for our promotions and check our online calendar for updated information. These are my open sessions that invite inclusivity and diversity, through raw and refined insight-exchange. Everyone is welcome to exchange their insight at the Insight Table.

Not everyone likes to read or watch videos. Some prefer short audio clips with a impact! Story Board Sessions are self-directed sessions timed at 2 minutes or less. Packaged as conversations that unbox essential tools and soft skills. All original material written and produced by myself, utilizing AI tools for professional quality. Story Board Coaching sessions use the power of story to promote self-led learning and reconnect with your inner child.

Calling all parents that homeschool their children and want to pair socio-emotional education with their own curriculum. These family at-home coaching kits are budget friendly, all-inclusive and ready made to roll out at the family table.
